Workers Compensation
Employee Injuries are a key issue for all businesses. We provide market access for clients who need garaunteed cost insurance, retro, captive, self insurance and deductible programs. We understand all aspects of product design; however, key to this exposure are safety and loss control to lower claims and overall cost of risk. We can assist in these areas as well.
Non Subscription
Texas and Oklahoma allow employers to opt out of workers compensation coverage. TX has had this option for many years and there is a fully developed marketplace for insurance coverage and risk management. Our profesionals have been placing coverage for Texas employer's since 1991 when legislation made being a non subscriber more favourable. We fully understand all aspects of coverage, markets and risk managenment. In 2014 Oklahoma offered a version of non subscription that our markets are offering coverage for. A developing marketplace that we will stay informed on.
Property Insurance

From Hull and P&I to stock through put, cargo and moble equipment/property, your account team understands these exposures. We design insurance programs to meet the needs of our clients and understand the insurance market- place in order to design the most cost effective marine/cargo programs availible. We have direct access to all key domestic markets and direct access to Lloyd's and the european markets.
Owner Operator Coverage
Owner Operators create an exposure for many of our clients and we offer broad market access for their exposure's policies: Occ/Acc- CL, Phys Dam and NTL. Occ/Acc-contingent liability coverage varies widely from the limited number of insurance companies who offer this coverage. We understand the coverage differances in order to best advise our clients and their Owner Operators. Understanding Contingent Coverage which protect's the Motor Carrier is critical.
